Architects for the part of AI that has to hold up.
Enterprise AI Architects is the enterprise architecture practice of Ironbridge AI Advisory. We exist because most AI programs do not fail on the model. They fail on everything around it.

Why we built this practice
Building a convincing AI demo has never been easier. Running AI inside a large organization, on real data, under real controls, with a team that can own it, is still hard. The gap between the two is an architecture problem, and it is where most programs stall.
We work on that gap. We design the platform, retrieval, agent and data layers, and the governance and security that let them pass review. Then we build the first production workloads alongside your engineers, so the design is proven on your systems rather than on a slide.
As part of Ironbridge AI Advisory, we are based in Rockville, Maryland. We run architecture workshops in person across Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia, and work with organizations across the United States, including teams in regulated industries and the public sector.
How we work
Vendor-neutral, in writing
We resell no software and take no referral fees. When we recommend a platform, the decision record says why, and what would change our mind.
Senior people, start to finish
The architects you meet in the briefing are the architects who do the work. No bait-and-switch to a junior bench.
Controls are part of the design
Identity, data permissions, evaluation and audit are drawn in the first diagram, not bolted on before the security review.
Built to hand over
Your accounts, your repositories, your standards. We measure success by how little you need us a year later.
Evidence over enthusiasm
We test claims against your data and your workloads. If a use case does not hold up, we say so early, before it costs you a quarter.

Who we work with
CIOs, CTOs, chief data and AI officers, CISOs and heads of enterprise architecture who own an AI agenda and answer for its results. Usually the organization has promising pilots, a board asking when they will scale, and a risk function asking how.

Bring us the architecture question you are stuck on.
Kelsey, our AI assistant, can answer questions and book you a 30-minute briefing with a senior architect in about two minutes, by voice or by typing.
- Vendor-neutral advice. We resell nothing.
- Senior architects on the call, not a sales team.
- Mutual NDA available before we talk specifics.
