This website is operated by Solender Media, LLC d/b/a Ironbridge AI Advisory (“we”, “us”). Enterprise AI Architects is a practice of Ironbridge AI Advisory. This policy explains what we collect through enterpriseaiarchitects.com and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. When you book a briefing through Kelsey, or email or call us, we receive what you share, such as your name, work email, company, phone number and what you want help with.
  • Assistant conversations. If you talk or type to Kelsey, our AI assistant, the conversation (including audio for voice calls) is recorded and processed to answer you, book a briefing and improve the service.
  • Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your request and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Text messaging

If you engage with Kelsey or give us your mobile number, you agree that we may send you text messages about your request, such as briefing confirmations, reminders and follow-up, including automated messages. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to host this site, deliver email and run our website assistant. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@ironbridgeaiadvisory.com.
