Enterprise AI consulting for Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.
We are based in Rockville, Maryland. For organizations across the capital region we run architecture workshops in person, design the AI platform and controls, and build the first production workloads with your team.

Built for the capital region's constraints
Organizations here carry more regulation per AI project than most: federal agencies and contractors working to OMB guidance and NIST controls, banks and insurers answering to examiners, health systems under HIPAA, and SaaS companies selling into all of them.
That is the work we are built for. We design governance and security into the architecture from the first diagram, so a use case can pass review and reach production instead of stalling in it. And because we are local, the workshops that decide the architecture happen in the room.

AI consulting in the DC region: common questions
Do you offer AI consulting in Washington DC and Maryland?
Yes. Enterprise AI Architects is based in Rockville, Maryland, and works with organizations across Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. We run architecture workshops and review boards in person in the region, and work remotely with clients elsewhere in the United States.
Do you work with federal agencies and government contractors?
We design AI architecture for public-sector organizations and the contractors that serve them, around current OMB guidance on federal AI use, NIST frameworks such as the AI RMF and SP 800-53, and FedRAMP-authorized platforms. Contract vehicles and clearances are discussed on a case-by-case basis in the briefing.
Can you meet on site in DC, Maryland or Virginia?
Yes. Assessments and blueprint workshops usually include in-person sessions with architecture, data, security and business teams. Build and governance work is a mix of on-site and remote, set by what your team prefers.
What does a first engagement look like?
Most organizations start with a fixed-scope Architecture Assessment that runs a few weeks and ends with a readout to leadership. It starts with a free 30-minute briefing where a senior architect looks at where you are and tells you plainly whether we can help.

Bring us the architecture question you are stuck on.
Kelsey, our AI assistant, can answer questions and book you a 30-minute briefing with a senior architect in about two minutes, by voice or by typing.
- Vendor-neutral advice. We resell nothing.
- Senior architects on the call, not a sales team.
- Mutual NDA available before we talk specifics.
