Assess. Blueprint. Build. Govern.
Four stages, each ending in something you keep. Senior architects throughout, your team alongside, and nothing that only works while we are in the room.

Assess
Where are we, really?
We interview the people who own the use cases, the data, the platforms and the controls, and we read what is actually running. The point is not a maturity score. It is to find the handful of decisions that are blocking production today.
Who is involved: CIO or CTO sponsor, enterprise architecture, data, security, risk, two or three use-case owners
What you keep
- Current-state architecture map
- Use-case portfolio, ranked by value and feasibility
- Risk and control gaps against your obligations
- A short list of decisions to make first
Blueprint
What should we build, in what order?
We design the target architecture and the path to it, one decision at a time, with the trade-offs written down. Engineers get something they can build from. Risk and audit get something they can approve.
Who is involved: Architecture, platform and security leads, with sign-off from the executive sponsor
What you keep
- Target reference architecture, floor by floor
- Architecture decision records
- Sequenced roadmap with dependencies
- Build-versus-buy recommendations and cost model
Build
Can it carry real load?
Our architects work inside your team to stand up the foundation and ship the first production workloads on it. Everything is built in your accounts and repositories, to your standards, so the capability stays when we leave.
Who is involved: Your engineers, platform and security teams, with our architects embedded
What you keep
- Platform foundation in your cloud
- First production use cases, with evaluations
- Runbooks, dashboards and on-call hand-off
- Paired engineers who can extend it
Govern
How do we keep it right as it grows?
Production AI changes under you: models update, data drifts, usage climbs. We set up the architecture authority, review boards and evaluation gates that keep quality, cost and risk visible, then run them with you until you no longer need us.
Who is involved: AI center of excellence, risk and compliance, platform owners
What you keep
- AI inventory and risk tiering
- Architecture and model review board charter
- Evaluation and release gates
- Quarterly architecture and cost reviews
Ways to engage
Every engagement is scoped in writing before it starts. You know what you are buying, what you get, and when.

Architecture Assessment
Fixed scope and fixed fee. A few weeks from kickoff to a findings readout your leadership can act on.
Blueprint engagement
Target architecture, decisions and roadmap for a platform, a program or a single high-stakes use case.
Embedded architecture team
Senior architects inside your delivery teams for the build, working in your tools and your cadence.
Architecture authority
An ongoing retainer: review board seats, design reviews, evaluations and a second opinion on call.
Questions we hear
How long does an AI architecture assessment take?
A focused Architecture Assessment usually runs a few weeks, depending on how many use cases, platforms and stakeholders are in scope. It ends with a readout to leadership: the current state, the risks, and the decisions to make first. Scope and fee are fixed before we start.
Do we have to do all four stages?
No. Each stage ends in something you keep and can act on without us. Many clients start with an Assessment, some come to us with a Blueprint question on a single platform decision, and others bring us in to rescue a build that is struggling. We start wherever the risk is highest.
Will you work with our preferred cloud and model providers?
Yes. We design on the cloud, identity, data and security platforms you already run, and we work across Azure, AWS and Google Cloud and across commercial and open-weight models. Where a change would help, we say so and write down why, but the decision is yours.
How do you keep us from depending on you?
Everything we produce lives in your accounts and repositories, in formats your team already uses. We pair with your engineers during Build, write decision records as we go, and plan the hand-off from the first week. The goal of every engagement is a team that no longer needs us.

Bring us the architecture question you are stuck on.
Kelsey, our AI assistant, can answer questions and book you a 30-minute briefing with a senior architect in about two minutes, by voice or by typing.
- Vendor-neutral advice. We resell nothing.
- Senior architects on the call, not a sales team.
- Mutual NDA available before we talk specifics.
